The Warren Alpert Medical School and E.P. Bradley Hospital are seeking an Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior. This position will be employed by E.P. Bradley Hospital and is associated with the hospital’s newly established COBRE Center for Sleep and Circadian Rhythms in Child and Adolescent Mental Health. The position is funded by the COBRE Center with support for 5 years and includes a continuing role as Director of the Center’s Sleep and Circadian Methods (SCM) Research Core. Minimum requirements include:  Ph.D. or equivalent in Behavioral Sciences, Public Health, Social Sciences, Psychology, Neuroscience, or other related fields. The successful candidate must have significant and documented expertise and research experience in sleep and circadian rhythms methodology, along with evidence of experience with pediatric populations, particularly for mental health. Must have a growing or established record of scholarship in the field. The ideal candidate will have NIH-funded research or a very strong promise of such funding; maintain a research focus on sleep and circadian rhythms in young humans, aspire to engage in research mentorship, and contribute to a vibrant environment of scholars among E.P. Bradley Hospital’s faculty and trainees. Must qualify for appointment as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Full Professor at the Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
